only way to do biglaw, imo is a non-prestigious firm. fuck skadden, davis polk, etc. |

BH pays first years whatever the rate is for first years, and everything after that is black box. the one thing i didn't like was the comp. senior associates there probably make like 375, with superstars making just over 400 but that's a guess.
tradeoff is i don't think it's a sweatshop. notwithstanding the rainmaker who protected me, i didn't hear from other associates that they were worked too hard. |
