I have always been completely opposed to all forms of genital mutilation, including but not limited to circumcision, orchidectomy, invagination, infibulation, female phalloplasty, male vaginoplasty, &c. I am neutral to positive on metoidioplasty, because as far as I understand it enhances the organ without destroying its natural function.
After 10 years of being on estrogen, I went off for 2 months and impregnated my wife 2-5 days after she removed her birth control implant. I think I'm more virile after my supposed 'chemical castration' than most men are naturally. Therefore I reject your characterization of hormone therapy as 'chemical castration'. Probably what happens is people don't do anything to keep their genitals functioning and they atrophy, but that's like getting a transplant and not taking your antibiotics. |

If you mean estrogen and testosterone, I don't believe in telling children to take estrogen or testosterone. |
