his organization is the only actually effective "ground game" in american politics (not counting nigger ballot harvesting). they've registered a shit ton of voters, and even more importantly, they're young voters who will vote for the rest of their lives

i would say his most important role is in the thread title, which is 'gatekeeper.' his job to a large extent was to police the boundary of what was allowable on 'the right' in the US. he did that through a combination of excluding/de-platforming 'extremists' while platforming 'MAGA influencers.'
he wasn't doing a GOOD job of that, at least compared to his predecessors in that role like william buckley, but, he tried. |
