He just left a 2100 hour NYC biglaw firm after 4 years. Billed 1850, 1600, 1700, and 1700. “Worked” from home at least 3 days a week. Never stayed past 5 pm. Didn’t even bring his computer home with him on the weekends.
Every review, they told him they loved working with him, but he should try to bill more. He never did lol.
Firm threw a huge going away party for him when he left. His paralegal cried crocodile tears. It’s really true, looks and personality are everything. |
