Idk if I can put my finger on what's "missing" from them. Like yeah they consistently seem Dumb but so do the boomers. So what are we even talking about?
Also a lot of people born in like exactly 1964 or 1965 are in high positions but Core Gen X 1969-1979, hell no. Hell no, unless they started their own tech Firm or something. Clique became more salient with time so you need to be a Nerd or a Prep or something, straight-up no BS. No bootstrapping, no keeping your head down and climbing the ladder anachronistically. A Gen X guy can be CEO if he aces Mckinsey OCI like the Mcdonalds CEO probably did
