This is retarded in three ways: 1) You have to fast for the specified period prior to the test, but before that doesn't matter. 2) Briefly not drinking before it won't somehow change the results of the liver test. 3) If it could somehow change the results of the liver test, then doing so defeats the purpose of the liver test.
