ultimately it comes down to IQ and cognitive testing only being able to measure objective, falsifiable things and those things tending to align with autistic intelligence. it's very difficult to measure EQ, creativity, etc.
the majority of employees at apple, tesla, etc. are probably smarter in terms of IQ than jobs and musk. yet in a room with them you'd be hard pressed to call them "smarter." AI is scoring 140+ on the WAIS already yet it's not very "smart" and really struggles with writing beyond perfect technical proficiency. |

He was saying it's called Artificial Intelligence because it's intelligent not because it can do creative problem solving or advanced cognition or something.
