Saw recently that investors were made Champion sales were "down" 30% - which perfectly encapsulates how stupid investors are.
You have a dead brand doing like $20 million a year at Walmart, then suddenly some hot girls and guys on Tiktok start wearing it, and you make $2 billion in 2020 and 2021.
Then trends change, you do $1.6 billion in 2022 - and investors start screaming "There needs to be changes -its unacceptable to non-growing revenue - let alone a decline!"
You can't just be excited your brand still has 20x more sales than it did 5 yearsa go.

The B01 is....
NEVERMIND. This is what they say:
"Imported or Made in USA of Imported Parts"
LOLOL. Looks like i bought some of the last USA made ones a few years ago. Mine are in size 32. Right now I can fit them over my ass since im 25 lb down from my fattest. In another 25 lb I hope to be able to actually zip and button them.

I ordered a set of B01 to see for sure, I won’t cancel them. $45 for a pair that were returned.
The relaxed fit double front washed whatever are not terrible, it’s just not the OG so let’s see what the foreign made OG is like.
I hate supporting carhartt but I can’t get walls.

So the carhartt pants that I bought are not as bad as the detroit jacket. The pants GG recommends appear to be well made (albeit not in the USA).
After consideration of my options and spending too much time and money buying various carhartt pants, I have determined that the Carhartt Men's Rugged Flex Relaxed Fit Duck Double-Front Utility Work Pant is optimal as I don’t mind the little bit of stretch in the 12oz fabric (same weight as firm duck and washed duck discussed below), appreciate the double front, and like the five colors on offer.
I would prefer the material, “firm duck”, slightly on the ones GG likes, but even at a 32in waist and my stubby oversized legs with large quads the “loose” fit B01 (I think sold as Carhartt Men's 106679 Loose Fit Firm Duck Double-Front Utility Work Pant at least that is what I bought) are too baggy to look decent on me, let alone anything approaching white collar professional. I will use them for actual blue collar labor days. For those wondering, the “washed” duck version of the “firm” duck is the same material and just pre-washed. I don’t see the point or much difference between washed duck and firm duck to be frank. I’d have firm duck, but nothing wrong with [pre] washed duck.
I also have an artic firm duck coat on order I found as a discounted return. I am hoping I like it, but if not it gets donated like all the crap on Amazon I buy and won’t use.

Bought a pair of Carhartt's today at Cabelas. I was wearing shorts and needed pants, but was too lazy to drive home.
They are about 1/4 the thickness of the old carhartts I used to wear when I was framing houses in college.
Not gonna lie, I kinda like these pants but wouldn't want to work in them.
