Planning to buy a 10m house. What do I need to know

Going to spend some money relandscaping and putting in some shade structures for pool area. Also planning to have an interior designer do the furniture etc since I don’t know shit |

Pro tip: fraud realtors will tell you "the seller pays the realtor fees," which is kind of true because the come out of the purchase price, and that "the fee is baked in, so the seller or seller's agent will get it if your Realtor doesn't." The latter, again, might have a grain of truth, but you can have your Realtor or lawyer take the whole 3% fee and rebate some or all of it break to you.
