Lol what the fuck is this shit. You cant hit them in the neck, you can't hit them below the waist, you can't hit them while they're throwing, you can't hit them if they fail at throwing and lose possession. i haven't watched football in a long time so i had no idea it was this pussified. they should just go all the way and give the QB some flags for his waist and make it illegal to tackle him at all.
