Date: May 3rd, 2026 8:44 PM Author: cowgod Biggest thing where they have their backs against the wall - and it's worse now than with the Switch 1 - is that they can either make Games that obviously could've ran on Switch 1 (like fucking pokopia) or they can make Cutting Edge State of AAA Games that will take until 2032 to make. That's it. Metroid Prime 4 is a technical tour de force and it PROVES that Switch 1 is capable of a lot. Any cartoon looking game on Switch 2 is a Fake Exclusive that could've been on Switch 1.
They can't do better than that. They have SO FEW employees compared to Ubisoft. They can't make shrewd AA games with Gamecube budgets. They're fucked. It's over. |
