He says, "Man, I was looking on your roof and I saw you have black marks on your asphalt shingles. That's algae growing on your roof. You need a new roof man." Then he asks, "when did you have it last inspected?" And I told him, "just six months ago, by a structural engineer." Then he says, "well, man we offer free inspections so you could have our guy come out and then just know for sure with his opinion and your engineer that everything is safe." I then said, I'm going to go ahead and rely on the PE's report. Then prison tattoos and his side piece left to go case the next house. Well, at least they know someone is home. |
