After the show was done and we were all hanging out, their bass player who had just joined the band said “hey y’all wanna hear keepin it real again?” Everyone had a laugh. Singer flipped out and kicked him out of the band and told him he had to find his own way back to NY. It was hilarious.

a couple years after we broke up, she started dating this guy. funny because he was covered head to toe in tattoos and had these huge dreads. her mother must have flipped out when they started dating.

in early 1997, my friend did a show where that band hatebreed was on the bill. they weren't big yet. during their set, my skinhead friend (singer for 86 mentality and dead end boys) slipped and cracked his head open. band stopped. during the hiatus when people were tending to him, I swear I heard this huge skinhead talking shit like he'd attacked my friend. some shit talking ensued. long story short, I sprayed mace everywhere, including in the singer of hatebreed's face. i'm still known in the DC/Baltimore guy as the dude who maced hatebreed.

late summer 1997, a few of us drove up to philly to see the SOD reunion. this awful band called fury of five played. after the show was done, we saw a skinhead with a tattoo of hitler on his neck walking out. fury of five dudes chased him down an alley and we heard gunshots and ran the fuck off. we always assumed the band shot the guy, but I happened upon an interview with their singer not long ago, and he said they ran the guy to the end of an alley, when he turned around and pulled a gun out and fired it into the air and they took off running.

another time, my friend set up a show with them on the bill at a school for retards down the street from my house. they and their entourage tagged up the mens room and were tagging the hallway and shit, drinking 40s openly. one kid they came with even found a wheelchair and was rolling around in it lol.

friend asked them to stop defacing the place because we wanted to have more shows there and they crowded around him and threatened to fight him.
