"For those reasons, to reiterate, the Executive Order does not violate the Fourteenth Amendment. But the Order does contravene 8 U. S. C. §1401(a). Consistent with the Fourteenth Amendment, Congress could amend §1401(a) orotherwise enact new legislation establishing exceptions to birthright citizenship for children born to foreign citizens unlawfully or temporarily in the country. But Congress has not yet done so."

Didn't think they'd be so explicit that Congress can do it. 180. Could be a big issue in the midterms and 2028. Not very many people agree with birthright as a policy. It's ridiculous.

Any realistic conservative voter would have to be insane to believe that Congress even if controlled by the GOP by 60% or more, which is not the case, is going to repeal Birthright citizenship.. they won't do it.

What people don't seem to realize is that the Ponzi economy and asset prices are propped up by immigration because immigration is how they are increasing consumer demand, and consumer demand is what props up the economy..

it's all about asset prices, so Congress is not going to do anything because Congress is paid by the rich people whose wealth is in assets. Rich shareholders and so forth..

and the Supreme Court Justices all of them except for maybe two are afraid of being seen as bad people by those of their own social class, which is the upper class, which is the class that owns assets, Which is the class whose wealth would plummet if immigration is not able to prop up the economy..

there's no way out of this.. it's going to continue on the same path. And it's basically a Mafia style bust out of the currency.. of the dollar

The really sick thing about all of this is that whites are going to become a minority very very soon under this ruling because it basically gives permission for the entire world to be here including Africa of which there are billion people there, and in particular white males are still second class citizens legally under the law.. that is a South African scenario, scenario for genocide

I think America will go down the path of Western Europe..

in particular Western Europe is basically luring immigrants to Western Europe through welfare benefits, which is what we are doing too as well but it's going to become more pronounced here.. also Western Europe is also going very easy on immigrants who do things like rape white virgins.. so basically they are implicitly telling prospective male immigrants in the third world that they too can come to Western Europe and live on welfare and rape white virgins with impunity..

I think that's going to become the case in America too although it's going to be more difficult because the prison industry cartel is going to want to get their hands on those people.. they need fodder for the prison industry complex.. but that's the basic dynamic in play, in both Western Europe and in america, is that the Ponzi economy asset prices are being propped up by consumer demand through immigration, and immigration is being ramped up through promising welfare benefits, and even applying different standard of laws to immigrants.. and basically it's kind of like a escalating ladder of immigration incentives. Welfare is a strong incentive, which is going to be increased as time goes on, another incentive is the relaxation of criminal penalties for immigrants which is already being done big time in Western Europe and being done here in America to a lesser degree, but that is also going to be escalated and ramped up as an incentive..

it's a race to the bottom as the Western economies are force-fed consumer demand through immigration like a goose being force-fed to fatten up their liver. It's the same thing here.. America and Western Europe are basically captive animals domestic animals being fattened up by debasing their own currency to provide incentives to gain more immigration from the third world

Another reason the Elites in Western Europe and soon in America actually prefer immigrant men to come in and rape white virgins is that migrant rapists impregnate some of these white girls and that provides more population growth and consumer demand for the Ponzi economy.

So it's kind of like immigration provides a secondary benefit because the relaxation of the laws for raping as far as immigrant men concerned provides a population growth in babies from White virgins that would not have borne children until many years later if at all.. so basically the Western economies are Ponzi economies that are propped up by immigration and at least in part by implicitly approving and ignoring immigrant males raping white virgins and impregnating them.. f****** horrific scenario.. we're basically like some sort of domestic livestock for the Elites in Western Nations

What people don't realize is that where these people come from is so balls to the wall shitty and untenable that they would really try anything to not be there. Even being shit tier here is way better than where they're from. I realized this when watching the video about the weird af Norwegian dude who grew up in the slums in India because his parents dropped him off there for no reason. He was like yeah you just forage here and beg people to help you survive. He somehow contacted the Norwegian government via the Finnish embassy and he was like look faggots I'm a retard urchin from Mumbai with no education but I'm a Norwegian citizen and you literally owe me. You have to take care of me by law. And this is a white guy. Just think of what a lifeline that was for a dude who grew up in total neglect and poverty and he had a Get Out of Hell Free card. Now think about what that possibility means to millions of other people. It means everything. It's a lifeline. The alternative is begging for alms in most places and you could get shot any minute.

I don't know if I could agree completely with what you're saying regarding immigrant nations of origin being such a s***** place to be.. yeah okay you could make that argument to white people because it doesn't look very good, but you have to realize that in most of these nations of origin people don't have to work as hard as they do here in the West especially in america.. they rely on large extended family networks and they could take lots of time off months at a time really and still find a way to work.. in other words in most of the third world Nations where immigrants come from people don't work day in and day out week after week month after month year after year decade after decade. People frequently take long breaks from working.. that sounds like a better lifestyle to me than the Western lifestyle.. but the thing is I think that a lot of the Immigrant men who do come to the West are people with mental issues or personality disorders.. and so they don't fit into their societies, and so they come here because they don't have any other place to go really.. which is why they commit a lot of crime, or else they are obsessed with being rich which is also kind of a mental disorder

If even the anti-immigration party won't overturn birthright with a supermajority, then why should SCOTUS?

I agree with everything you're saying except for SCOTUS's motivations. They're not going to supersede Congress, and they're right not to. It's up to the people to elect those that will create good policy, not to hope and pray SCOTUS does it with no legal justification. And they wouldn't have any way to enforce it anyway. Congress and POTUS could just keep waving in illegals and declining to go after and deport illegals, as we've done for decades now.

Congress is not controlled by its voters.. that's just all there is to it.. the Congress people know that if they fulfill the populist promises they made during campaigns, they would not get rich while in office or after office. They continue to support anti-populist upper class principles while in office because they know that even if kicked out of office, the rich will make them rich after they get out of office.... If and only if they have voted against their own campaign promises while in office.. so your little fantasy of America being a democracy is just a fantasy.. and that's shown by what's happening in the real world.. pull your head out of your little fantasy world and look at what is happening in Congress

Congress being broken doesn't mean that SCOTUS, which isn't controlled by voters at all and has no ability to enforce its opinions, becomes the lawmaking branch.

As I said, even if SCOTUS did what you're hoping for, Congress and POTUS could just choose not to enforce the law, as it has already been doing for decades.

You're right. They aren't. And that's on the voters. Once upon a time, politicians feared the voters. Now, they have nothing but disdain because the voters have created a zero-danger system for misrule

Also Trump, Obama, and all the other outsider (at least when they were campaigning) candidates that won show that THE SYSTEM isn't some invincible force.

What's really frustrating is how these people both think that Congress is irreparably broken but also some pen strokes from SCOTUS would fix things. If the government is as irrevocably broken as they say then SCOTUS (which is not accountable to the people and would have no reason buck the system they're also a branch) couldn't fix the problem. Change requires action from the people, whether that's voting or something more, but it's pathetic is stupid to sit around and whine about SCOTUS not doing it.

Have you ever read the fucking constitution? Let me help you, it opens with "We the People" and then lays out a restricted system of central government power

The core idea of the revolution and the current form of our government is that the consent of the governed and, implicitly, the ability of the governed to determine how they are governed, is central to a fair, just, prosperous, and free society

"The people" deserve all the blame when the system doesn't work and all the responsibility for fixing it. That's axiomatic if you're not retarded and want a functioning system of government rather than a top-down command and control society. The good news: if you want a top-down command and control society, there is a wealth of nations you can move to and have precisely that

Until pretty recently I think most conservatives had conceded that the 14th Amendment guaranteed birthright citizenship, but now you've got the President and four Supreme Court justices agreeing that it doesn't. That's at least a little encouraging. I'll admit that I'm not sure Trump would have signed the EO if he'd thought it would be upheld

The dye was cast when we bailed out the financial system in 2008. And then it was fortified when The Fed followed (((Blackrock's))) summer 2019 paper on how to to prevent the next financial crisis by "going direct" in 2020 to deal with the so-called "pandemic" (which was really a financial crisis in nature as shown by repo market activity in the fall of 2019 and the plateau of diesel and jet fuel per capita since around 2018.)

The last real chance at repairing The System came-and-went with Ron Paul. I love Trump in many ways, but he wasn't going to Audit The Fed or anything of that nature. The Covid scam / financial system bailout happened under his watch, after all.

As you put it, the economy is a ponzi scheme reliant on endless growth in consumer demand and, increasingly, growth in ways to finance that demand. Post-2008 The System basically serves itself instead of functioning as the underpinnings of a healthy society wherein supply and demand are driven by Real Factors.

I sometimes watch videos on YouTube of interviews conducted with people in the distant past. Sometimes it's people in the early 1900s, sometimes it's in the Deep South in the 60s. And one thing I notice consistently is that people were much poorer, but were more free. They were not enslaved to debt and to a System that relies on the financialization of all human activity in order to continue working.

Others ITT are talking about how being here as a 3rd World Immigrant is much better for them than being in their home country because of all the welfare programs and what not. And sure, that may be true for the time being. But increasingly I think the West will see outflows of productive White people to some of these third world countries where they aren't forced to work on a treadmill to serve The System and can get by with less while also not being ruled over by increasingly parasitic "leaders." This may be more true for Europe. Whereas the US will increasingly see people sort themselves out across the States (and many already have.)

Yes! I really started to understand how hard Americans work when my law firm, a patent boutique sweatshop type place, where I worked as a patent engineer, pre-law School actually, opened up an office in Paris.. and I found out that the people in the Paris office didn't work nearly as hard as we did.. and I love to listen to people who work and live in Europe even Russia, life there is much different for them.. and then I started to delve into how the Middle East works and how the lifestyles there are different from our lifestyles. A typical man in the Middle East doesn't work year in year out decade after decade. They take long breaks and they don't worry about finding work after they come back from their break because they're going to work for someone in their large extended family anyway.. what freedom there is in that. Same thing for much of the world.. I've been collecting this information really for decades. The Internet's been very helpful in that regard and I've been on the internet for 30 years. I collect these little snippets of information.. I recall someone who lived in some tropical third world country, and his father had some kind of factory or something like that, and he couldn't find workers and he would go and ask people to work and they would say something like why should I come to work from you when I have cassava growing in my yard.. cassava being a starchy potato like root that grows basically on its own everywhere in tropical areas.. you really don't even need to do anything about it just if you have a little bit of land you have all the food you need.. and you know I was just watching yesterday's video from some guy an American who lives in Ecuador with his new wife and she lives in an Indian tribe really in Ecuador, in the rainforest.. and his house he built himself for next to nothing and it's a big kind of open air house and they don't really work that hard they just go out onto the land and they pick some cocoa nuts or something like that are they dig up some cassava and they sell it.. they don't work that hard.. how different that is from the careerist lifestyles of Americans..

Can any MFEs opine on how they got 5 votes to say the right to birthright citizenship Shall Not Be Infringed?

The simpler and more defensible, modest, and straightforward holding was that the EO contravened the law, and there was no need to reach the constitutional issue.
