PS1 and Dreamcast games were easy. How could anyone get lost in the simple layouts in Grandia and Skies of Arcadia? Most PS1 games were just pre-rendered. The 3D stuff like Xenogears wasn’t hard to get around and was only annoying because of random battles. |

They should have had something interesting and shocking happening outside the canvas instead. They were starting from so far behind with such a retarded premise that it would have taken a good 10-15 hours of amazingly written plot/cutscenes to salvage it, and I doubt they could have done it even if they tried because the fact that they went with that as their "plot" to begin with indicates that the talent/ability wasn't there. |
