I've had this and it is completely delicious
needs very little by way of sides (maybe only a simple green salad with a simple vinaigrette dressing) and absolutely no sauces or other condiments, maybe a little squeeze of lemon (the king of condiments) but that's it
what sides did you make with it?

I Carmelize some shallots too which can be added
