Daughter's cheer team had a pool party at our house, ended up being a debacle

I made plans to be out of the house all day with my boys so it was just female women there. First off, wife calls and says they need me to come home and light the grill. No big deal, it's hectic and noisy but there are plenty of moms chaperoning, drinking wine out of their big stainless steel mugs they all have.
Spend all day out and about thingdoing, get home at 9 pm and they're still going. Son goes out to the pool area and apparently told some of the girls "wouldn't it be sick if you were all bottomless in the pool and I snorkeled around looking at and grabbing your butts?", the girls got creeped out and told one of the moms and she made a huge drunken scene. The mom was using lib terms like "rape culture" and stuff and saying my son should be arrested. We had to call her husband to come drive her home and he said she turns really liberal when she's drunk.
Never hosting people at our place ever again. |
