100%. Idk if you're a lawyer, but if you read Lochner v. New York, you'll see that it's unconstitutional for the "government" to regulate private contracts.
It's crazy that no one has challenged this rent control scam over the following 110 years. If you can afford an hourly representation, we may be able to help you with this problem.
