He saw it and immediately became uncomfortable. I picked him up in my arms, and we went to the shower together. While I tried to help him clean up, he told me to leave the bathroom. I reassured him that it was okay and that there was nothing to be ashamed of, but he kept insisting that I leave. When I closed the door, I could hear him crying, and it made me feel helpless. After a couple of hours, he came to bed and just went to sleep. Normally, he kisses me and cuddles with me, but that night he just lay there quietly. Early in the morning, while I was still asleep, he went to work. I really want to support him and let him know that it’s okay, but I don’t know how—what if he cries again, or what if something else happens?
