First, I am too short. I am not physically attractive enough.
Second, I don’t make enough money. I am not a good enough provider.
Every single woman in DC expects to work her “save the whales” non profit job at 50k a year and still live in a McLean new build or in upper NW where these homes are easily $3M. I can’t swing it. Not to mention the rest of the lifestyle, private school, etc.
So I have basically given up. It’s liberating in a way. |
