You have to sort through loads of emotionally damaged hot chicks to find 1 who's fun to be around for a significant length of time and has her shit together enough that she can actually work through conflict in a health way.

Women often date older because they want a more-established man (i.e., money). In NYC, this is exacerbated because there are so few men under 30 who are wealthy. Now combine that with the fact that most men under 35 are effete zoomers and subtract for how many more women there are than men, how many of the guys are gay (vs. the much smaller percentage of lesbians), and that like 75% of the quality guys are already married and it’s no wonder.
