Talked to a 5'3" Mexican guy at the counter to get my food and asked them this question. He said that when he interviewed to get the job he didn't even talk to a human being at any point. He got a text the next day saying he got the job. I guess jobs are just straight up AI phenotype screening now with no other considerations. Makes sense when you think about it. Kinda weird though. Also it's not clear how the camera can discern your Height. Maybe that's going to be the next development in the system
