Whatever you want to call US we have hated the government at least since the 1990s, and really well before that. Remember Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City, Bundy Ranch etc. that was the response to government overreach.
Very few people I know of are towing the admin line that you should not carry a gun unless you expect to be shot by a cop (in this case a cop who takes your gun, NDs it apparently, and gets you shot by other cops).
Goverment is the problem. It could deport all the illegals in a year but cutting off all services and do so almost entirely non-violently. But liberals don’t want illegals to leave, businesses like their cheap labor, and people are stupid and easily manipulated.
