Only specified legal reasons for termination and they have special courts the employee can cheaply go to in order to sue the employer.
This kind of stuff is too ingrained in the system there- Merz isn't going to change it while in a coalition with the SPD whose entire rationale as a party is to preserve that kind of shit.
Bottom line: the entire West is going down the tubes, but each Western country has a little different reason why that's the case.
The average IQ of German whites still seems pretty high- that's the main thing they have going for them. But they are completely addicted to this non-competitive social/welfare state even though it can't remotely compete with China. |
