'Designed in a way that the system could change the vote in each voter without being detected. He wanted the software itself to function in such a manner in such a way that if the voter were to place their thumbprint or fingerprint on a scanner, then the print would be tied to a record of the voters name and identity as having voted...That the voter would not be tracked to the changed vote'," she added.
A preliminary recount of votes in Allegheny County, the populous county containing Pittsburgh, indicates that up to 3,000 votes may have been changed from Biden to Trump. |
