the one time i emailed him off bort was to his burner email when he was spamming SOLICITING PEOPLE TO SEND HIM INFORMATION ABOUT MY IDENTITY SO THAT HE COULD HARASS ME. which resulted in him misidentifying me as some random attorney and HARASSING HIM BY SPAMMING HIS NAME HERE FOR WEEKS.

someone accused me of being an employer lawyer and asian and spaceporn at the time was convinced i lived it atlanta (inscrutable detective spaceporn mystery on how that happened). so spaceporn seems to have delved through linkedin until he found one that matched and spammed his name accusing him of being me.

this is one of dozens of times he's attempted to harass poasters irl and recklessly endangered the innocent non-poasters reputations. he should have been banned years ago.

IDK brother, I think if the thrust of an attorney's defamation / IIED lawsuit is that other people called them a racist and sexist pedophile and a stupid shitty attorney on a message board, seeking discovery into whether that attorney (for example I'm just throwing out some random hypos here) ever referred to their own black clients as "stupid niggers" on that same message board... or blatantly violated attorney client privilege in egregious ways numerous times for shits and giggles on that same message board... or made many disturbing and occasionally violent threats against others on that same message board... or posted lewd and sexually-laced commentary about their adopted Asian son on that same message board... etc, might all be fair topics for discovery in that lawsuit.

Likewise any discovery that could be theoretically relevant to some element (?) will be under protective order as well, given the nature of the outrageous effort to undermine reputation and to embarrass and harass.

Of course, there is none. You have to be both sane and objective to realize that, which I realize is a stretch for my tormenters generally. So you won't realize that and will urge each other on with nonsense, but that's what the court is for. That's what counsel is for.

Sounds like we're actually in agreement that as a threshold matter, the court will indeed need to review all of the threads you've made over the years about poor SP Jr. in order to determine whether (collectively on the face of them) a reasonable person reading through them could conclude that you were referencing and bragging about your sexual abuse of that child.

The only disagreement seems to be what the likely outcome of that threshold judicial review will be.

Please go ahead and file your lawsuit so that we can definitively find out the answer to that question. :)

I have no wish to fight w you here and now or possibly later so it may be best for you to just meander off until you are subpoena’d. At that time you can write whatever screeds you feel are appropriate or take whatever constitutionally afforded plea you deem fitting but that will not be an excuse to further harass or threaten me or my reputation.
