I don't remember the details. Lots of kooky shit. It was 'murder' but it was basically manslaughter like the 'victim' attacked and beat the shit out of the defendant but it was murder because the guy was walking away or some bullshit.
Then there was the Houston man who shot his wife and got 10 years, out in 5, because an all female jury saw how she belittled his sexual prowess and bragged about cheating right before he snapped. |
