Date: February 19th, 2013 7:06 PM Author: Comical Brethren Field for someone in even just at intermediate muscular development, putting on 30 lbs of lean mass is insane, even with a few cycles. the guy in those pictures has the muscularity of someone who has lifted and could have been somewhat fat at times because there are pictures where he has kind of a gut. but he is also skinny in some. that show a tendency for fluctuation, but again, think about what 6' 240 and not a sack of shit actually means. that is a terrifying beast even in the NFL.
i am just repeating myself but he looked like a very average guy and did not have a particularly big frame. i do not think it would be possible for him to support that kind of mass even with roids and bodybuilder schedule hours in the gym. |

wrong. I've been up to 235 before and have a big frame. Also had about 13% bf, not 19-20%. Also had flat stomach and faintly visible abs there. those were old pictures too, before I finished cutting and then bulking up more.
fwiw I don't really give a shit about what I look like my strength is high. My maxes were about 300/400/500 when I was at 215 and in better shape.
As for being a classic 6' 190 guy without any direction in lifting or whatever....1. I'm 6'2 and 2. My size has fluctuated a lot over the years, and I used to powerlift a lot, definitely not without a sense of direction.
