The girl turns 18 in October. But I don't know when exactly, and don't want to be too transparent about my intentions by asking exactly when her birthday is. Current plan is to wait until November to reach out to her to try to set up an "arrangement". Need to make sure I don't communicate with her through interstate commerce until I know for sure she's 18.
