Start going around picking up little representations here and there on a moonlighting basis and see if you like the work of a solo. It sounds to me that you find your current job tolerable, but it's annoying, and you don't like being around dumbs. It doesn't sound like you have some kind of chaotic environment where you hate the compnay management or something like that.
