1. they're gang members trying to rob you 2. they're real federal ICE agents on a mistaken tip that a criminal illegal lives at your address
shouldn't you be able to stand your ground in both cases? |

1. You see they are clearly identified ICE agents.
2. You have confirmed this in the database you are keeping of active ICE agents.
3. You have been following them all day in public, watching them make arrests.
4. You intentionally try and obstruct them in the execution of their duties.
5. They therefore eventually attempt to detain you.
6. Instead of submitting to arrest, you fight with them.
7. At the first opportunity, you try and run them over with your car or pull a pistol on them.
8. They shoot you in the face.
9. Libs are either dead, or shocked someone finally reacted appropriately to their insane behavior.
