Drove kid and a couple of his teammates home from their baseball game. They wanted to ride in the bed of the truck so I said sit close to the cab and stay in the bed. Well one of the kids sat back by the tailgate and I had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting a deer and he flew forward and hit his head on the cab window. They said he got a "minor TBI" but I think they're playing it up. Supposedly he has seizures now but that's easily faked. I hear the kids dad is being told he should sue.
Now can I transfer my paid off home to my parents and sell stocks and stuff what should I do? How do I become judgment proof just in case. Judges here don't like me cause I brought a ringer friend (ex college golfer) to local tournament and won.

Some poasters have such crazy lives! I think you should offer a genuine apology to the kid's dad, I mean after all he got a TBI, but kids have been riding in trucks since forever and if he persists in being a bitch about it you should physically assault him.
Get married immediately and re-title all assets as tenancy by the entirety. Better that your next ex-wife gets the assets than your judgment creditors.
