the judge would be playing with fire to question individual jurors during deliberations |

Very high profile lengthy celebrity case, obviously guilty, but one legit retarded old black lady juror was like "aww hell naw, dat too many charges, I finna pray on dis." The jurors sent notes to the judge saying she was legit retarded, the local paper mysteriously outed her and her lengthy arrest record that she lied about during selection, judge interviewed her, kicked her off the jury and they quickly sent the guy to PMITA prison for many years (http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5900427&forum_id=2phpsessid=49d358651c#50114750) |

in that example, a juror lying during voir dire is at least clearly misconduct.
in this case, we don't seem to have anything like that, unless there's a rabbit out of the hat |
