There are definitely a few XO bros I would host up here. July is tough because everyone and their brother is already at my house, even setting up tents in my front yard. Mid to end of July is basically a 24/7 fishing and drinking party.

That mansion looks kinda cool tbh. But it will raise property taxes though Alaska has low taxes iirc. My state has high prop taxes so I always litter in my neighborhood and will knock over garbage/recycling cans routinely to keep it looking 'dirty'. Neighbors get pissed and have called the cops bc they dont see how I am serving the area.

I pretty much only talk to her if it's about the kids. We can't really see each other, except through binoculars. Things are pretty good though.

My house is usually the hangout spot though, since we're on the lake. Last weekend it was really nice and there were about 20 teenage girls in bikinis hanging out. I mostly hung out upstairs and avoided them so as not to appear "creepy". There were a few rockets though and it made me miss my teen years.

It's about the same amount of time to get to Vegas.

I went to the Caribbean last year and it was awesome, but the travel time really sucked with the time zone changes.
