My dough recipe is so easy that it's criminal not to be doing this yourself: 232g King Arthur '00 pizza flour, 170g water, 10g salt, 10g sugar, 1/4 tsp yeast; mix all ingredients together, cover in a bowl, and let stand at room temp for at least 16 hours. Then, split the dough in half & create two balls. Let that rest (covered) for another 45 min while you preheat your pizza stone/pizza steel to 550 degF. Make your pizza and transfer onto the pizza stone. Switch the oven to high broil and cook for like 5 minutes. Easy. |
