Yes
I assume like every other fat person that he had it removed so he could get indefinitely fatter.
You do need to bear in mind that he was comically oversized at one point

I know quite a few fats who tried them and quit after a few weeks
You don’t seem to understand how fats’ brains work

it is normal
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3970209/
there's nothing magical about glp1s that makes you lose more muscle relative to normal weight loss. you lose weight because you're straight up eating less, not because of some targeted mass wasting mechanism.

incorrect
and on top of it the rate of fat loss with muscle and bone loss is contributing to accelrsted steatohepatitis fatty liver disease in most patients since th eliver cant remove it fast enoguh but no one mominotrs it
also nearly all women on it end up sarcopenic bc the body thinks theyre stsrving to death
and theyre homrones get shut down bc you cant make hormones for reproduvtion when resources are shunted for survival

are you getting the increased heart rate effect?
whjat was ur AS T ALT GGT etc before and after
what dose? micro?
Reta is non FDA registerd so the one youre using will cause Immunogenicity issues so you should cycle every 8-12 weeks and take 4-8 weeks off
pretty much everyone on GLP1 will have some autoimmune issue if they take it along term imo

Yes my RHR is mid 70s despite a 46 VO2 max lmao
I didn't get after bloodwork done yet but it has to be much better, I had mega heartburn just from laying down before losing the weight and nasty bile shits.
Dose see above, I've been on since Thanksgiving no negative sides except nausea if I overeat and the previous high HR with low HRV.

yeah I mean it's probably better than nothing for extreme cases like disco fries (and that one Wegovy poaster is borderline imo).
but EVEN aside from the known side effects, EVEN aside from the unknown ones that will surely come to light, it's a bad way to lose weight solely because of the mechanism. it works by reducing appetite, and most people take it without paying much attention to what they actually consume, so they end up getting nowhere near enough nutrients. every ad I get for GLP-1s is someone eating garbage like sugary cereal or mac & cheese, saying shit about how you can still eat the foods you love but still get skinny because you're eating less of it!! now, these are people who were almost certainly malnourished when they were fat too, because clearly they were eating UPFs with no nutritional value. but eating the same shit AND less of it just compounds the problem.
it is far preferable to lose weight by eating plenty of whole food in order to get the nutrients you need, plus exercising enough to be at a calorie deficit. fitness and strength also improve QoL.
and it is BY DESIGN that society has been brainwashed to think that a smaller body is the end goal, with almost no attention to NOURISHMENT. obviously the ideal is both, but we're told only to value the former. they WANT us weak, sick, malnourished. too weak to fight back. sick enough to maximize profits in the health care industry. malnourished enough that our bodies and brains aren't functioning as they're meant to.

I love chicken thighs, this is a cr suggestion.
We make asparagus probably 3 times a week because its so easy to bake but it makes all our piss smell.
Baked broccoli takes 45 minutes if you really want to bake it good so its nice and soft imho.
Maybe I could do some sauteed spinach. Or perhaps sauteed cauliflower which I really like too.

this stir fry is super ez and good, just make sure you get a bunch of different veggies that your family likes, because VARIETY is important and there are only a few ingredients in the actual marinade. I usually serve it with rice:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbs. peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 3 lb. meat/poultry/fish (I usually do chicken breast cut into chunks, sometimes beef)
- whatever vegetables you guys like (I usually do at least broccoli, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, and bell peppers)
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sherry, vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger.
- It's best if you marinate the meat in the fridge for at least 30 min but technically you can just throw it in the frying pan right away.
- Cut your veggies up while it's marinating.
- Stir fry. First cook the meat all the way through, then push it to the side and cook the veggies.
