Date: June 14th, 2026 7:46 AM Author: Ruby trailer park When I was 29 I hit rock bottom. I was 475lbs and 5’8. I used to have to strip completely naked to take a shit and it would take me 2 hours. My wife would have to come in and basically wash me after otherwise the smell would be unbearable. I would be hooked up to breathing machines for 90% of the week. Now I’m 290 lbs at age 40 and just ran my first 5k.
