Hypo is pretty open-ended, there are a number of ways to minmax and basically get a free $5m.
-You're a contractor, you're not paid hourly, you're paid by the job. It's completely normal to reject offers that aren't worth your time. So set up some kind of automation to reject all offers.
-Move out to the boonies. You're technically available but they'll never send you any offers because you're too far from any pickup.

You can be fired for contract violations.
Most bags are taped shut. If you were super aggressive about opening up bags & eating food, I imagine that eventually you would pick up enough contract violations for them to fire you.
It's not a contract violation to reject a shitton of offers. I've seen on Reddit where some drivers will minmax by rejecting like 95+% of offers.

Yeah that's a big consideration.
Driving can be pretty fucking dangerous. I had a really significant close call while Doordashing last year. Other driver blew a red light. If the timing were slightly different, I would have been t-boned on the driver's side at ~45mph.
People focus on the mediocre economics of it (IMO it's not that bad) but the risk of bodily harm is really why I should quit this Doordash stuff.
It's too bad, it's incredibly chill work for the most part.
