Brave needs a combination of people getting sick of Google's BS combined with a large enough group of early Brave evangelists spreading the word.
But first Brave needs to get a good UI. I keep trying Brave out, and switching back to Chrome asap when I quickly get annoyed by the Brave UI. |

It needs a plugin for chrome, safari, and IE, and it needs major print outlets to start letting people pay for articles/subscriptions with BAT tokens. Once that happens, and once people can earn those tokens by allowing the print companies to see what they are reading/where they are clicking, BAT tokens will have at least some value. I think a lot of people would gladly let NYT and WSJ see where they are scrolling and clicking in exchange for not having to purchase a subscription.
