I'm looking at my ledger nano s now, and I have a ton of charges for 0.00105 ETH. 7 in total. I guess every time you do anything on that POS site, it charges you money. |

Has this happened? I thought most of the MEW "hacks" were just victims of phishing?

Date: January 7th, 2018 7:29 PM Author: talking shitlib jew Tell me I'm wrong. Go to "View Wallet Info" Click "Private Key." Type in random characters. Get lucky. Maybe an Engineer or a Maths person can confirm this, but it seems like it would only take a few thousand tries to get a hit. Try it with your own private key, but just change the last character to a 7 or something. It will act like you've succeeded at logging in, but what you're probably looking at isn't a wallet proper that someone signed up with, but just some shit that's "reserved" and could, at some point, be used if someone registers and that private key is the key assigned to them. Every private key is the same number of characters btw. Which makes this even easier. |

In concept, ED doesn't get anything from a transaction, because it is direct exchange with the other buyer/seller, which is why a smart contract is needed.
I actually have no idea how ED makes money. Perhaps that is why they are having and ICO and also trying to charge a 1-3% premium on new coin listings.
Some of the registration required exchanges, on the other hand, are making a fuckton charging .25% transaction fees and .01 ETH to transfer off the exchange. |
