I would put pot as #1 if it weren't so easy to accidentally get uncomfortably high. Maybe that's a skill issue. I definitely don't have a high tolerance but I was using vape cartridges. Not sure where I'd rank it; I absolutely love listening to music while high but I really hate the panic attack stuff.
Nicotine > caffeine
