Most of the people who work in this area are from here and don't want to leave. They mostly work for local firms, although some large firms have small offices here. The local firms mostly do not seem to specialize in any area of law, although some do. Some of the lawyers are grads of very good law schools who didn't want to leave the area (although this is probably more true here than in Youngstown, b/c here we have ND and Mich). There are also plenty of opportunities for governmental work. Some local lawyers end up teaching as adjuncts at nearby law schools, usually the school they attended.
