anyway, she hasn't been impeached, which is within the discretion of... idk, the ky legislature probably. presumably the people who could do that don't want to.
she was ordered to do something by a court. she flatly refused. that's contempt anywhere in are country, and if the judge thinks that jail is the only way to cure the contempt your ass goes to the slammer. |
