So you combine that it gets past 1m even after I pay taxes and my personal and firm living expenses. I am assuming I get a 6% annual return in the market, I only spend 35k in personal expenses, 4k in firm expenses, and around 7k in advertising.
Based on the above I get to exactly 1m. I think I can do this in 15 months start to finish, I may start next month, and reach 1mm by early 2017.

So recruiting 36 in like 5 months will be tough but I think spending on ads will bring in the cases and I know how to work it now.
Hiring someone to do depos may be hard but whatever, Ill find some loser who's desparate if need be. Ill still have to go to all the mediations nad schedule and calendar deadlines and deal with client bullshit so it will be annoying but for that amount of money its worth it
I have done enoguh shitlaw cases now to know that as long as I bring in the ccases I will generate revenue. Even if I don't settle everything for a ccertain average number even if its a little lower I still will get past 900k net worth AT WORST.
And if all else fails I can spread this out over two years. I don't really want to work two years but whatever, if it means I can get to 1m net worth before age 40 then it's worth it |

I had no concept of making money as a solo, there is no fucking entrepreneurial risk taking thing in LS or this shit profession whatsoever. And I never in a billion yyears thougth I'd have a half million dollars saved at my age, and be getting more soon. I had like 2k in my bank account bacck then, all student loan fraud money.
Yeah I'd have to pay for an ad on CL and try to hire some wasted up lawyer or ex shitlawyer. I really just need a body to defend depos. it is braindead fucking work, so I almost feel like I just need someone who can act his way through shit |

Most BIGLAW junior associates NEVER get trained, most are gone withing 3-5 years. And I think for ppl in the last ten years or so even the ones who make it to partner aren't properly trained acuse they get very limited experienced. Boomer partners dont realize this cause in the 80's and 90's when they were out of LS they got a lot more hands up experience |
