How did these people get together, and get to be so conspiratorially-minded? So dishonest? Is it just Zoe and Randi and their little group of bandits, or is this much bigger? Is the entire SJW establishment on the same level of shadiness as these people?

There are also various leaders in the government, media, and tech companies who have various reasons for wanting to censor the internet and get rid of any shred of anonymity (to prevent people from criticizing them in comments section, on Twitter, and on forums/imageboards, as well as to make more ad money), and they've chosen the cyber-bullying angle as a way to do this. They make it seem like their focus is all on unambiguous cases of bullying (middle school kids using the internet to bully kids whom they also bully in real life, actual death threats) while in practice also censoring criticism from political opponents.

It's not obvious to me how unified they are into an actual conspiracy. There are also some hints that the SJW side has some conflicts with the truly powerful people in that the former want to be able to bully other people anonymously under the guise of social justice while the latter would prefer to just track everybody all the time.
