In 2012, virtually everyone fully appreciated and understood that the media were biased to excuse, condone, validate, and enforce a left worldview. But not everyone--in fact, I'd say, almost no one--had a great sense of *precisely* how anti-white the left worldview really is. Trayvon laid that bare, and at the same time spawned one of the most visible, destructive, covered, and obviously anti-white political movements over the past half-century. Trayvon and BLM were almost uniquely kairotic.

Since Trayvon we have become habituated to the anti-white disposition of the left, just as we had become habituated to the left slant of all media and academic/governmental institutions before Trayvon. Most who do not actively aid or abet the destruction of white people now well understand that the left is anti-white. It's largely implicit, but the understanding is there.

If this is *anyone's* moment of realization that the left is committed to the destruction of the West in general and whites in particular, they're late to the party.

What may be different this time is people's understanding of the bigness of the lies the left tells, and the temerity with which it wields power. Because, while not an instance of left overplay unique this year or even arguably this week, it is very, very easy to understand. Jeong hates whites, and says so, and was rewarded with a prominent media position. And everyone can very, very quickly see and understand that. There is no manufactured white (or white Hispanic) "bad guy" to confuse the matter: Jeong just hates white people. She thinks they should die out. She cheers white nonexistence. The New York Times knew about it, and approved of it. And, now, she helps to run the New York Times.

The evil and lies of the left are there for those who have eyes to see, but almost no one who didn't already see it can see it now.
