He has some plumbing skills and he override the piping in the bathroom to redirect the fumes from the girl’s septic odors into his apartment.
Now the HOA, the management company and the girl are all suing. The funny part is that the lawsuit against him basically focuses on the damages to the apartment and complex. His answer focused on his fair use of the odors. |
