@JJ If someone is looking at a natural life expectancy of months to a year, I don't think they should be first in line for a vaccine. It would be better to vaccinate someone who is looking at decades of life ahead of them. Of course, everyone's life matters. But if one vaccine given can save years of life, rather than months, go for the years."
