What happens in swimming if you moved it to track would be like if one race you ran normal, one race you hopped, another race you skipped, etc. Just run normal all the time. -A vertical swimming race where you swim down to a deep depth, touch the bottom and come back up.
-Swimming "hurdles" where you have to dive under walls in the pool
