I completely missed the reference until you said this.
Shame on me. One of the few bands where I should actually be able to catch these things.

In HP? For a beer, most popular place would be the pub. I just got home from there.
For food, my most popular destinations are: Subway, Pot Belly's, Dixie Kitchen, Medici, Noodles etc., and Wok'n'Roll.
Places that exist but I don't go to as much for whatever reason: Quizno's, Jimmie John's, several other Chinese places, Cafe Salonica, Edwardo's, Giordano's, the Italian place near Harold's Fried Chicken Shack, a few more that I'm not remembering.

TITCR.
We had a dinner party Friday night that was virtually all white (one Latina). The night before, she had a wine and cheese party that included several Indians.

This is kind of an advanced question. Does she have a huge gap between her legs? You know how some women have no gap between their legs and some women have a huge gap? How large is hers?

I get the impression that she's probably nice enough in person but that talking to her for an hour would kill a small portion of anyone's soul. I understand this may not be applicable to a significant number of your class who lack a soul. This is not a question, since I already know the answer.
My question is: why'd you pick such a miserable place to go to school?

philosophy. if no law, then phil grad school. looks like i may end up there anyway.
re: chancemeeting.
he is reasonably affable and takes pains, at times, to be likeable. he is open about his neuroses, in a somewhat successful attempt to deflate their impact. his politics are a nightmare. his condescension surpasses even my own. but in sum i would say that insecurity is the primary motivator/informer for the majority of what comes out of his mouth. this means he is both too nice and too douchey.

combination of factors:
night owl by nature. late classes. my roommate gets home after 1:00 every night and I make sure that I am up so he can teach me about levi-strauss or marx or whoever he is studying and i can tell him why they are, at times, full of shit
what possessed you to do this board the great public service of pwning chance repeatedly and notoriously?

my favorite part about chance is how whenever one of his threads or comments gets positive attention, he immediately hails me and says:
"Did you see the Michicago law student lawsuit thread? Hilarious!"

although there was this terrible rumor spread that he thought (and said!) that the 1L class last year (my class) was a bunch of "duds." so, apparently (someone plz confirm) some brave student put a package of milk duds on his lectern b/f class one day to make the point that we are going to take his abuse AND passively aggresively lash out in puerile ways

i would likely out myself to leiter with any of the interesting stories.
i can say that i had a good deal of personal contact with him in fairly informal settings. he is just plain nice and smart. i liked him as a prof (a lot, actually) and a person, but his exam was less than dreamy.
i can't quite understand why he comes off so differently online (if in fact he does)
